Apple Textbooks Event Announcement
In reading the summary of Apple iBooks/Textbooks event in NYC I had some thoughts about the effect it could have on post secondary education but more specifically in computer science.
It’s generally unavoidable that if you are attending university then at some point you will be registered in a course where the professor has written the textbook. Not necessarily THE book on the subject, but a textbook on the subject and this book becomes the textbook for the course.
